A hand to hold
The problem with society is that sometimes, they pretend not to see and just walk away. Ignorance is bliss, they say. Once or twice or even repeatedly, they turn their backs and close their ears. They left, just like that – so simple, so agile, in a single snapshot and poof, they are goners.
But here I say, to you and only you for you are the only one in this room, right here right now;
Wherever you are, whoever you are and whatever you might be, please know that I am here to provide warmth around your cold, cold hand. I am here to listen and let me say, “I’m all ears. I’m ready.”
I’ll be your private listener because you, my dear, are worth my time.
